Live streaming opened Ohio BWC’s Medical & Health Symposium to a larger, more diverse audience. We bring show development, presenter preparation and live production together to deliver the multi-day program.

The challenge
BWC wanted to retain the larger, more diverse audience gained by moving its symposium online. That required a complete live program, coordinated speakers and visuals, and support for subject-matter experts presenting on camera.
Our solution
We developed the show with BWC, prepared presenters and produced the multi-day broadcast. Our Columbus green-screen studio provided adjustable virtual sets without a physical set build. Broadcast delivery was coordinated with BWC’s event-platform partners.
